That is the official online LCL help url is it not?

PS:
It would also be very helpful if whoever generates the help for that
URL, includes the fpdoc --footer-date=yyyy-mm-dd option, so then we
all would know how recent that online documentation is. As the fpdoc
parameter name says: it will add the "docs generate on <date>" in the
HTML footer output.
