[Lazarus] Easy switching build modes

Not so intuitive, but can be used as workaround for kbd only users. I'll see 
with Juha if it's possible to add special shortcut for build modes switch (let 
it show buildmodes popup menu so you can choose right build mode with 
keyboard).
