[Lazarus] TStringGrid checkboxes

describes cbsCheckboxColumn as being inoperative except in the case of a 
TDBGrid. Is this still the case?

I notice that the checkbox correctly tracks 0/1 values in the grid: is 
there a simple event-handler hack to get adequate functionality?
