[Lazarus] Grid scrolling

When a stringgrid or drawgrid fills (or slightly overflows) the 
available component size and scrollbars are disabled, clicking on a cell 
near the bottom-right causes the content (i.e. the rectangular grid of 
cells) to scroll upwards and/or leftwards.

Can this be disabled?

Linux, GTK2, multiple versions up to trunk.
