[Lazarus] .PO files of standard Laz components regenerated on build

Hi,

When I build Lazarus some .po files for standard components are regenerated
and marked as changed in my svn working copy. This seems to be the result of
changes in the resource strings of those components. Shouldn't they have
been regenerated and committed to svn when the changes were made?

Sources affected:
* editortoolbar/editortoolbar_str.pas
* synunihighlighter/synunireg.pas
