[Lazarus] Registration error on lazarus-0.9.30.4-fpc-2.6.0-win64

Hi,

I'm trying today's lazarus-0.9.30.4-fpc-2.6.0-win64, but I get this
error (loading lazarus.exe):

if "Abort" Then Lazarus starts.

On closing ide an error appear:

"An unhandled exception occurred at $0000000076B9B3CB:
EAccessViolation : Access Violation
  $0000000076B9B3CB"

and finally I need to kill lazarus.exe from task manager (else there
is an infinite of loop error windows)


If I start lazarus with command "C:\Develop\lazarusX64\lazarus.exe
--pcp=C:\Develop\lazarusX64\config" there's no errors on loading, but
there is the same behavior "An unhandled exception occurred at..."
Fresh installation, without extra packages.

Am I in wrong with something?
