[Lazarus] How to get "external" FileVersion

I found the "issue": if "ProductVersion" is setted, the procedure
reads info here, else the procedure reads info from "FileVersion"
(this is the one automatically updated by lazarus compiling), so I
need to remove the info I have in "ProductVersion" field.
