[Lazarus] Lazarus 0.90.34, scroll bars don't work, Ubuntu 11.04

Same prob here with SVN build 36144 on Ubuntu 11.10.

I looked around a bit and found that removing the autohiding scrollbars
from ubuntu solved the problem.

Look for liboverlay-scrollbar in synaptic and remove the entr(y)(ies)
