[Lazarus] wiki on a new server

There are still problems with the new wiki. It seems the wiki style is
broken or corrupt or something. This morning it looked like the
default MediaWiki theme, but now ALL pages are without any theme...
Currently the whole wiki pages looks as follows .... see attached
screenshot.

PS:
I didn't fiddle with any themes settings or anything.
