[Lazarus] Filter in Object Inspector component tree

I have solved the nasty problem with FilterEdit. The text "(filter)"
sometimes stayed there even when the control got focus.
I solved it by registering Form Activate and Deactivate handlers to get
info of ActiveControl state.

Now there is only this makefile problem. Can someone help with that?
