Nice tool. 
it makes it stay always on top. I was thinking more about bringing the
window to the front when a breakpoint is hit but you can still send it to
the background if you want by clicking on another window. Powermenu makes it
like a modal window. I should have said "bring to top" instead of "stay on
top".
