[Lazarus] Change log from 0.9.x to 1.0.x?

First off:  Congratulations on the 1.0 release!

I've looked around the wiki and the docs included in the source tar ball
but I don't see a change log. Is there one? It seems that most of my
code which compiled on 0.9.28.2, 0.9.30.2, 0.9.30.4, ... is now broken.
I'd like to know what I should be changing in my own code base. Or I
suppose I can keep compiling and looking for the breakage then trying to
figure out how things were changed so I know how to fix it. Example:
TNoteboook has been completely gutted. I did find a note in the wiki
pointing me to TPageControl, which I had not used originally, for
reasons I don't remember now. I've been compiling this program with
Lazarus for years.
