[Lazarus] Please define "delphi compatibility"

As the Delphi VCL is Windows only, it supports sending arbitrary
messages to to a visual component. This of course it not at all portable.

The main benefit of Lazarus is the ability top generate platform
independent projects. So portability is a major point to be considered -
sometimes even in is compatibility is broken.

Future Delphi versions seem to discourage the Windows-centric VCL and
suggest using the completely incompatible - but portable - Firemonkey
visual user interface. No idea if it makes sense for Lazarus to provide
a Firemonkey compatible designer (e.g. based on free code that
Firemonkey once was).
