[Lazarus] documentation snapshot

I've made some progress with getting fpdoc up to speed, and here is an
initial snapshot:

Known issues:
- The class trees are not complete/corrupted where they span packages
  borders (so often ends with an unclickable TComponent with (?) next to it)
- Most fpdoc generated files are smaller (in the magnitude of 5-10%)

If you notice anything different compared to the previous set, please don't
hesitate to reply.
