Well, now it is.
In r40926 and r40927 I applied a patch :
  http://bugs.freepascal.org/view.php?id=23045

The first r40926 added Codetools dependency to SqlDb package.
The second r40927 applied the actual patch.
Why does Eric's compiler complain, I don't know.
It compiles fine for me.
