rough eyeball timing on this machine shows the first invocation of each to take 
roughly 1 to 2 seconds before the text streams by...

that is one thing... another is active anti-virus and anti-malware protections 
that scan executables as they are loaded to try to ensure that they have not 
changed since the last (approved) execution... in this case AVAST! is the active 
protection...
