[Lazarus] Rebuild Lazarus everytime to have Zeos !

It's normal that you need to rebuild Lazarus, because only then the 
components can be linked in. Unlike Delphi FPC and thus Lazarus does not 
yet support dynamic packages thus components can only be linked in at 
compile time.
