Yes I am.
Look at the commits, most are mine.

LazEdit is a spin-off of my own custom editor, which in old days
started out as a HTML editor. Hence the buil-in shortcuts for
HTML-tags.
I still actively maintain the original app (which is in Dutch
language) and every enhenacement/fix I make ther I port to LazEdit as
well as possible.

Felipe converted my editor to LazEdit and built in some primitive
language selection.
He then put it on Lazarus-CCR, at the time I had no access there,
(All this after somebody asked: "is there any text-editor out there
written in Lazarus?")
