[Lazarus] DeleD 3-D ported for Lazarus

I have ported DeleD for Lazarus and committed it into a new SVN
branch. See details here:

Please check out and test.
I would need help for replacing ScanLine and for solving the broken
MDI / docking GUI. Now all the tool windows are floating separately.

I personally will concentrate on other priorities in near future. I
have used more time and energy for this porting than I planned.
