Yes. Mattias wrote that for me a few years ago for another project. Now it is also used for this xib-designer. 

Biggest difference between this version and earlier versions is that the xib-file is used as a resource-file, so it can be opened in Xcode and thereafter opened in Lazarus again. The earlier version could only export to xib-file, not import it.
