[Lazarus] 0023797: Problem reading form that uses inheritance

Hi All,

I have a problem in the SVN version of Lazarus. (Lazarus 1.1 - SVN: 39877, FPC: 2.7.1).
The current SVN version is not able to read forms that were created 
through inheritance. 

This problem does not occurs on Lazarus version 1.1 - SVN: 39547, FPC: 2.7.1.
