It is similar to this image<http://nature.ca/notebooks/english/cheetah_p1.htm>,
i used it as guide lines only to draw my own so it is not a reproduce of
it, also I used various of images for cheetahs from the internet to design
and color it.

You talk about the country, it is the country of the hoster of my site or
blog, not my country, in fact in my country there is no law for licenses.
