[Lazarus] Bug 24743: lhelp patch - request for.... help

LHelp flickers loading files and does not close when Lazarus closes

I've managed to implement everything except... persistently hiding the
contents of the window while all chm files are loaded during lhelp
startup (after pressing F1 for the first time).

I seem to be able to hide the contents page at first, but loading the
CHMs gets them flickering back to life.

Uploaded patch that also fixes some other things - details in bug report.
