[Lazarus] -WR option on LInux

Hi,

In a Windows Laz/fpc trunk project, I checked the relocatable option in
Code Generation.

On Linux (Laz/FPC trunk), I got an error that the compiler option was
unsupported (trunk).

Should Lazarus be adapted to only emit this parameter on Windows
platforms (perhaps/presumably something like how Linking/Win32 gui
application (-WG) is handled)?
