[Lazarus] [BuildModes] When show options of package it show partial for the current project

Hi,
>From object inspector show Options, there is 2 build modes.
>From object inspector when double click on my package, it show the package
then click options you will see the same build modes of the current project.
Is the normal or bug?

I am using last revision of Lazarus, FPC 2.6 on Windows XP SP3
