[Lazarus] Blinks when clicks in a tab editor

I've seen this before too... The whole editor window blinks. eg: I have
a dark (black) text editor theme. Sometimes I used to see the editor
first paint white, then my dark theme - giving the blink effect when
changing tabs.

Though I haven't seen this happen in a while.
