[Lazarus] [BuildModes] When show options of package it show partial for the current project

If you are putting this in Compiler options/Paths then it should not 
propagate to the packages. However if you use it in Additions and 
Overrides (Override output directory), then I guess it will affect all 
packages based on the target filter.
