[Lazarus] Does Lazarus give default names to components created at runtime?

The IDE one is a bit more complicated than that and it is pretty IDE
specific, so it is not in the LCL.
There are CreateFirstIdentifier and CreateNextIdentifier in
LCLProc. Maybe they can help you.
