even deleted
ide\frames\codetools_codecreation_options.pas and lfm

still nothing.
That is I do get the checkbox for procedures. But not for messages.

I even checked the file (the svn checkout, in an external editor. So it 
is not a problem with a copy in the unit output dir or similar
