Yes, people like Embarcadero themselves (even though it is not
officially documented), or Embarcadero partners that ship products with
Delphi (think Raize's CodeSite etc).

I seriously doubt Embarcadero will change that behaviour now -
considering it has been the same for many many years, and developers and
products depend on its behaviour.

But I do understand FPC's point of view - you guys only copy
functionality that is documented.
