[Lazarus] Menu key brings up wrong menu in source code editor

Hi,

If I'm in the editor and want to do some [limited] refactoring via
CodeTools, I right click in the editor, select "Refactoring -> ..."

Now if I want to do the same via the keyboard, I press the Menu key, but
then the popup menu for the tabsheets appear, not the popup menu of the
source code editor. I think this is wrong behaviour, because the editor
is what has focus, not the tabsheet tabs.

Is there maybe a way to tell the IDE which popup menu to display?
