Yes. :)
ps: This is a good idea, to get descent description in all packages. I
have also before wondered what some of the obscurely named packages do.
Having a consistent naming convension would also be useful. eg:
xxx-design.lpk for design time packages (thus to be installed in the IDE
and appear on the component palette).
Without the suffix, xxx.lpk, would mean non-gui package, free to use in
web or console applications.
With the suffix, xxx-lcl.lpk, would mean with LCL dependencies and
runtime only.
etc...
