The page says:
If you find any problem (my packages not installing properly or missing something
that the official upstream distribution has) it is most likely an error in my
packaging, please report it, just send me an email.

Have you mailed Bernd Kreuss this?

It seems you installed a 32bit compiler and a 64bit IDE.
