Exactly. Just follow the instructions at 
http://wiki.freepascal.org/Android to generate a 2.7.1 compiler for 
arm-android (of course with a bit of /dev/brain0 applied ;) ). Also 
possible is i386-android. mips-android is AFAIK not supported yet.
