[Lazarus] Clear button clears wrong command's key shortcut

Hi,

Continuing fighting with the IDE... ;-)

The user interface for the "Key Mapping" screen still needs some
improvement. The "Clear" button clears the wrong command's keyboard
shortcut. See the bug report for more details
