[Lazarus] chmhelp exit heaptrace error

to add to this... when working from the command line, starting lhelp with 
toc.chm does not have this exit problem... i've tested this several times by loading

   lhelp docs/chm/toc.chm

and rummaging about for a while... every time i exit, it exits cleanly...

the chm files i'm now using are from SF in the fpc-lazarus-doc-chm-1.0.12.zip 
file... previously i was using those in the fpc-lazarus-doc-chm-1.0.zip file 
also from SF... i mention this because i do not know if some chm files are built 
to be "standalone" in the aspect of working with lhelp...
