[Lazarus] Snapshots been discontinued?

FYI: fpcup can generate Windows setup.exe from SVN builds using the
Lazarus-provided batch files etc.
You can do it manually too, of course. See the relevant directory under
your Lazarus directory (can't remember name right now).
