There where some posts here. Yes it needs to be signed.  But I do not 
know how to do this.

 From other peoples post, I conclude:
It seems that some of the port collection will sign it automatically.
There must be some webpages describing how to codesign any exe (you need 
to create a self signed certificate for that)
