[Lazarus] Carbon Application: Unable to open file "-psn_0_....."

Hi

I tried the program ddrescueview (http://sourceforge.net/projects/ddrescueview) on Mac OS X 10.6.8. The build goes well with Lazarus 1.0.12, but when running the program i get the error message:

Unable to open file "-psn_0_....."

If I click OK, the application proceeds and everything seems normal. Any idea, where this comes from and how to fix it?
