[Lazarus] Lazarus scattered windows

Hi Mattias,

Bug report here: http://bugs.freepascal.org/view.php?id=24942

It happens in the case if I want to share the space for Object Inspector
and Code Explorer using "Tab" style...  See attachment in that bug report.
