[Lazarus] Lazarus debugger not working

So, I got myself Parallels and Windows XP, on which the Lazarus runs
perfectly. I think this is the best option for me now. I can come back to
this problem when I'm a bit more experienced. Thank you all for your help, I
really appreciate it. But it is hard to solve the problem when you cant see
what is actually happening in my laptop, and I barely know whats happening
either.
