[Lazarus] doubling accented characters

Hi all, i notice that when i put Á in any Object Inspector or in a 
TextEdit (run-time) field it double the character resulting in ÁÁ
it happens also with É->ÉÉ, Í->ÍÍ, Ó->ÓÓ etc
