[Lazarus] Is FPDoc Editor working?

The following works here:
Place cursor on an identifier of a project unit. Click "Create Help
Item".
If you have not yet set a fpdoc directory for you project it opens
a select directory dialog. Create directory 'doc' and click ok.

This sets the above mentioned search path.
