[Lazarus] Lazreport with PostgreSQL

Hi, 

Does anybody have a working lazreport + postgreSQL ? 
I am having trouble both 32-bit(winxp) with postgresl lib client present on the same program directory and in 64-bit win7. 
It cannot find libpq.dll.
