as you know, for us it is not easy to get in contact with Internet and I need the help of any friend to discharge the las version of Lazarus, and I prefer not to disturbs them.

  Until I have moved to linux 3 month ago, I was using lazarus with Windows 7 from version 0.9.28 - so I think that it is able to run under W7 in version 1.0.4. But why don't you switch to newer version?
