[Lazarus] [IDE] Translations of licence texts which are inserted into source code

No, I havent. But now I have and it works nice... As a bonus, PO file 
looks cleaner in POEdit with \n, because POEdit shows linebreak afrer 
\n. PO Checker has no problem with it too...

Thank you for advice, I'm gonna finish translation edits ASAP.
