[Lazarus] Lazarus adds two empty lines after new setters

Hello,
 
I found revision that broke it:
 
Revision 42177 - Directory Listing 
 Modified Mon Jul 22 22:08:53 2013 UTC (10 months, 2 weeks ago) by mattias 
codetools: started ability to load code completion snippets from an xml files, thanks to Don Ziesig, patch 15922
 
I took a look to codecompetiontemplates.xml and I see nothing wrong there but this was complex commit modifying 17 files.
 
I wonder why no one can reproduce it, maybe it comes to light only in combination with my settings.
