[Lazarus] Using TFieldMap - Is there a replacement?

There are 2 objects called fieldmap. The one in the db.pas unit is indeed not used
(and never was in FPC).

This TFieldmap has nothing to do with the TFieldMap used in the lazarus data desktop.
The latter is implemented in a separate unit; It seems this unit is not checked in in 
Subversion, which I will correct soon. I will send you a version of this unit by private 
mail.
