[Lazarus] [patch] Import a path list to a unit/includes

Hi,

I got a pull request via Github (I host the git mirror of Lazarus) for a
new Lazarus patch. The author of this patch obviously didn't know the
mirror is a read-only mirror, and I don't have subversion write access.
