[Lazarus] Dependencies in XUbuntu 13.10

Actually the packages were installed, but with newer versions, so I did 
a couple of dirty symnlinks and it worked:

sudo ln -s /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libgtk-x11-2.0.so.0 
/usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libgtk-x11-2.0.so
sudo ln -s /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libgdk-x11-2.0.so.0 
/usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libgdk-x11-2.0.so
sudo ln -s /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libpango-1.0.so.0 
/usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libpango-1.0.so
sudo ln -s /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libcairo.so.2 
/usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libcairo.so
